eCourts Portal of Western Australia - Help: Registration

To use the eCourts Portal you will need to register for access. If you are an employee of a law firm, or an organisation then there are two ways to be granted access:

  • Through your nominated eCourts Portal Manager (if your organisation is already registered); or
  • By registering through the Portal by clicking here

If you are a self-represented individual, then there is just one:

  • By registering through the Portal by clicking here

How do I know what my person/organisation ID is?

This is shown on various Court documents (e.g. notices). If you don’t know what it is then contact the relevant Court.

I have an existing eCourts Portal account, how do I access the Criminal Information section?

If you are an accused or an offender, please contact the Courts Technology Group helpdesk and provide your charge number and Person/Organisation ID. If you do not have this information please contact the court.

If you are a lawyer, please contact your eCourts Portal manager for access.

If you are an employee of the Western Australia Police Force, Department of Justice (Corrective Services) or Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions of Western Australia you can apply for access by logging out and clicking on the Register link in the top banner. Then complete and submit the relevant form.
