Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Due to Covid-19 Western Australian Courts and Tribunals are putting in place measures to mitigate the risks to the judiciary, our employees and all Court users. Court and Tribunal listing practices will change during Covid-19. Restrictions on public gallery capacities are now in place to uphold social distancing regulations. Population limits have been placed on courtrooms, hearings, conferences, and mediation with only essential parties required in the rooms permitted. If you need to contact a court or tribunal, or deal with a court or tribunal matter, please refer to the relevant court or tribunal website for information including registry opening hours.
