Supreme Court
- Civil
- all Supreme Court Civil document types are available to lodge through eLodgment.
- search for and view matters of most types via the Search for Matters function within eLodgment (a few have been made unavailable due to their sensitive nature).
- Court of Appeal (COA) Civil
- all COA civil document types are available to lodge through eLodgment.
- search for and view CACV matters via the Search for Matters function within eLodgment.
- Court of Appeal (COA) Criminal
- COA Criminal documents and matters are not currently available on the eCourts Portal.
- Criminal Information
- a person registered with the eCourts Portal as themselves, can access the Criminal Information link and view data relating to them as an offender/accused.
- a person registered as a law firm can access the Criminal Information link and search for/view accused/offenders.
- a person registered as a prosecuting agency can access the Criminal Information link and search for/view accused/offenders where their agency link to the charge(s).
- Probate
- probate documents and matters are not currently available through the eCourts Portal.
- However, a wizard to help you prepare an application for a grant of probate (where the surrounding circumstances are not complex) is available through the Supreme Court website by clicking here.
