Where do I go to log in?

If you have an existing account, then you can log in by clicking here. The email address that you registered with is your user name.

Why is my password is not being accepted, when I know I entered it correctly?

There may be an issue with your account. Contact CTG Helpdesk. Otherwise click here to change your password.

Passwords must be a minimum of fourteen characters. Can include words, numbers and special characters. Can be a phrase. Cannot contain your given name, surname or email address.

Why is my account locked?

If three unsuccessful log in attempts are made on your account then it will be automatically locked for four hours. You can unlock it yourself by clicking here.
